A Plataforma Rio On está com inscrições abertas para mais de 500 vagas em cursos online gratuitos para o mês de julho. Lançada em 2023 pela Secretaria Municipal de Ciência e Tecnologia, em parceria com o Senac RJ, a plataforma disponibiliza conteúdos voltados para o letramento digital e a inserção no mercado de trabalho.

Para a inscrição é preciso ser morador do município do Rio e ter idade a partir de 16 anos. As aulas são pela internet, com duração de 8h a 60h, e visam o desenvolvimento de habilidades voltadas ao século 21.

Os cursos disponíveis são: Excel Dashboard Planilhas Gerenciais, Educação Financeira, Design Gráfico: Criando meu primeiro Job, Liderança Comunitária e Trabalho em Equipe, Design Thinking e Processos Criativos, Marketing Digital e Excel.

A Rio On é a primeira plataforma digital gratuita de aprendizagem da Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro. Junto com as Naves do Conhecimento, Naves Satélites e Navezinhas Cariocas, localizadas nas zonas Norte e Oeste da cidade, a Rio On faz parte do cinturão tecnológico no município voltado à inclusão digital.
